Eligibility

Freedom Earned Rentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides vehicle rental and subleasing services only to individuals who meet our eligibility criteria. To rent a vehicle through our platform, users must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued in the country or state where the vehicle is being operated. Freedom Earned Rentals reserves the right to impose additional eligibility requirements, including but not limited to proof of insurance, identity verification, and payment authorization.

Any attempt to use the Services by individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of service or cancellation of a rental agreement.

Registration (If/When Applicable)

At this time, Freedom Earned Rentals does not require guests or vehicle owners to register an account through a dedicated platform to use our Services. All rental and sublease agreements are handled directly via digital contracts, phone, or email communication.

However, we may introduce account registration features in the future. If and when this is implemented, users may be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full name, email address, valid phone number, driver’s license details, and payment method. It will be your responsibility to keep this information updated. Additional verification or security deposits may also be required for certain vehicle types, rental durations, or insurance coverage levels.

Verification

Freedom Earned Rentals reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to verify the identity, driving history, and eligibility of all renters and vehicle owners using third-party services. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Validating the authenticity and status of a driver’s license

• Reviewing driving records or accident history

• Checking for outstanding tickets or violations

• Confirming insurance status and vehicle ownership (for vehicle owners participating in our Pay My Car Note program)

While we may conduct these checks to help reduce risk and protect the safety of all parties, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any verification process. Freedom Earned Rentals makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, legal status, or roadworthiness of any vehicle offered through the Services—this responsibility lies entirely with the vehicle owner or host.

Consumer Report Authorization

By entering into any agreement or booking with Freedom Earned Rentals, you authorize us, where legally permissible, to obtain consumer reports, driving history records, insurance scores, and/or conduct background checks as needed. This may occur at the time of booking, vehicle onboarding (for owners), or if we determine there is an increased level of risk associated with a user or transaction. These checks may be conducted in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or other applicable laws.
