Our services are accessible online, including at freedomearned.rentals, and may also be available through other digital and direct booking channels. Freedom Earned’s website, mobile presence, rental agreements, customer service interactions, and related offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

By accessing or using our Services—including communicating with us or entering into a rental, sublease, or rent-to-own arrangement—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), regardless of whether you create an account or complete a reservation. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services and form a binding legal agreement between you and Freedom Earned Rentals.

These Terms, along with our cancellation policies, Pay My Car Note agreement terms, Rent to Own agreements, any applicable third-party supplemental insurance terms, roadside support provisions, mileage package terms, and other add-on or rental-specific policies (collectively, the “Policies”), form the full “Agreement” between you and Freedom Earned (each a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”). We also provide written rental agreements or digital receipts to summarize each reservation, rental modification, or vehicle arrangement, which can be used as proof of the agreement for any trip or transaction.
