Freedom Earned Rentals provides 24/7 roadside assistance through our roadside coverage partner to help you handle unexpected vehicle issues during your rental period.

• Fuel delivery

• Towing (within 100 miles)

• Mechanical breakdown support

How to Request Roadside Assistance

If you experience a roadside emergency, follow these steps:

1. Ensure Safety First
   Move the vehicle to a safe location if possible, away from traffic.

2. Gather Key Information
   You’ll need:

   • Your name and contact number

   • The vehicle’s year, make, model, and license plate number

   • The exact location of the vehicle

   • A description of the issue (e.g., flat tire, dead battery)

3. Call Roadside Assistance
   Dial 1-866-496-7272, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. Provide Vehicle and Rental Details

   • Tell the agent you are a Freedom Earned Rentals guest

   • Be prepared to share your rental agreement number and any other requested information

5. Wait for Assistance

6. Call Freedom Earned Rentals and let them know you have contacted Roadside Assistance

A service provider will be dispatched to your location. Typical wait times may vary based on location and time of day.

• If the vehicle is towed, you must inform Freedom Earned Rentals immediately to coordinate the next steps.

• If you're in a dangerous situation or if anyone is injured, call 911 first.
