Prohibited Activities

In connection with your use of or access to Freedom Earned Rentals’ services (the “Services”), you agree that you will not, and will not encourage or assist others to:

Violations of Law and Policy

​

• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law, rule, or regulation, including traffic laws, registration or licensing requirements, and airport or zoning restrictions.

• Use the vehicle in connection with any illegal activity, including transporting contraband, firearms, illegal substances, or attempting to evade law enforcement.

• Provide false, fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information during the booking process, in a rental agreement, in communication with Freedom Earned, or in relation to a damage claim.

• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit documentation on behalf of someone else without authorization.

Vehicle Misuse

You agree not to use any Freedom Earned Rentals vehicle in the following prohibited ways. Any such use is a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of your security deposit, financial liability, and/or legal action:

• (a) Operation by an unauthorized driver

• (b) Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• (c) Providing false or misleading rental information

• (d) Using the vehicle for any illegal purpose

• (e) Carrying passengers or cargo for hire or compensation

• (f) Participating in any race, speed test, stunt driving, or contest

• (g) Teaching others to drive

• (h) Transporting hazardous or flammable materials

• (i) Driving outside of approved geographic regions

• (j) Overloading the vehicle or exceeding passenger capacity

• (k) Driving on unpaved or non-public roads

• (l) Transporting more passengers than there are seat belts

• (m) Transporting children without proper child safety restraints

• (n) Tampering with the odometer, GPS, or internal systems (e.g., hot-wiring)

• (o) Failing to maintain appropriate fluid levels (e.g., oil, coolant)

• (p) Hauling unsecured cargo or improperly loaded items

• (q) Improper gear or clutch usage on manual transmission vehicles

• (r) Reckless, aggressive, or inattentive driving

• (s) Failing to report any accident involving injury or property damage to local police

• (t) Transporting animals without prior written permission

• (u) Driving on racetracks, closed courses, or participation in motorsport events

• (v) Using the vehicle for rideshare, food delivery, or other commercial purposes without written consent

• (w) Off-roading, rock crawling, or driving in extreme conditions

• (x) Transporting firearms, weapons, or illegal items

• (y) Allowing someone not listed on the agreement to operate the vehicle

• (z) Using the vehicle to evade police or participate in any form of pursuit

Misuse of the Platform

You also agree not to:

• Circumvent Freedom Earned Rentals' booking system to arrange off-platform rentals, or otherwise avoid fees, taxes, or protections that apply through the Services.

• Create false or duplicate bookings or impersonate another renter.

• Harass, abuse, or threaten Freedom Earned staff, other renters, or vehicle owners.

• Engage in discrimination, hate speech, or unlawful profiling.

• Interfere with the functioning of our website or systems through bots, scraping tools, spam, malware, or other unauthorized technology.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any part of our platform or internal processes.

• Circumvent any suspension, termination, or enforcement action by creating a new identity or account.
